Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Health Manager to provide leadership and oversight of employee health programs across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and standardization of employee health and occupational health programs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct compliance assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective action plans
• Analyze workforce health data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Occupational Health, or a related healthcare field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in employee health or occupational health required
• 3-5 years of leadership or multi-site oversight experience required
• Experience interpreting and applying OSHA, CDC, CMS, and Joint Commission standards required
