Job Summary
A company is looking for an Employee Health Manager to provide leadership and oversight of employee health programs across facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and standardization of employee health and occupational health programs to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct compliance assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective action plans
- Analyze workforce health data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Occupational Health, or a related healthcare field required
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in employee health or occupational health required
- 3-5 years of leadership or multi-site oversight experience required
- Experience interpreting and applying OSHA, CDC, CMS, and Joint Commission standards required
