Job Summary

A company is looking for a Welcome Team Care Coach (Remote - Work From Home COA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality onboarding calls to newly enrolled patients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience in Care Coaching, one year preferred
• Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COA) or equivalent certification required
• Must meet performance expectations in the current role
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems preferred
• Ability to manage patient care responsibilities alongside program-building tasks
