Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Facility SDS Coder who will provide coding services for various specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for outpatient surgeries and facilities
• Ensure accurate code assignment and adherence to coding guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain compliance with ethical standards and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P)
• At least 6 months of on-the-job coding experience
• Proficient in EMR and billing systems
• Must have reliable internet access and current coding materials
• Ability to maintain a productivity level and accuracy rate of 95% or higher
