Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outpatient Coding Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage outpatient coding operations and staff
• Ensure accurate coding of outpatient and inpatient charts
• Conduct coder audits and provide education and training for coding staff

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• 6 years of medical coding experience
• Current certification as RHIA, RHIT, or CCS by AHIMA
• Strong background in outpatient coding and data management
• Must maintain certification throughout employment
