Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Integrity Analyst to support accurate healthcare reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review provider claims for coding accuracy and compliance
• Interpret payer policies and develop claims editing logic
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Active medical coding certification (CPC, CCS, COC, or equivalent)
• 3+ years of experience as a certified medical coder
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare coding, billing, or payment accuracy
• Experience with claims processing workflows and claims editing software
