Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Consultant to lead and oversee payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a payroll operations team, including budgeting, hiring, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and maintain the integrity of payroll functions
• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, tax reporting, and continuous improvement of payroll processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or accounting
• 7 years of direct payroll experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• 3 years of experience in a fully automated time & attendance/payroll environment within a large, multi-site organization
• 1 year of experience with Workday, ServiceNow, and API preferred
