Leading a team of 10-15 professionals, the full-time salaried Certified Payroll Director will oversee payroll operations, drive revenue growth, and shape the strategic direction of payroll services in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of payroll associates, establishing performance expectations and fostering a collaborative culture
• Oversee end-to-end payroll service delivery, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely issue resolution
• Design and optimize scalable payroll processes and systems, driving efficiency through technology and automation

Required Qualifications

• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
• 7-10+ years of progressive payroll experience
• 3-5+ years of people management experience
• Deep functional knowledge of payroll operations and multi-state payroll requirements
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex payroll environments
