Job Summary

Managing Tier 2 payroll inquiries, the full-time Payroll Case Management Specialist will focus on complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and process improvement while working remotely on a temporary basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the escalation point for Tier 2 payroll cases and complex issue investigations
  • Manage the end-to-end case lifecycle, including intake, documentation, investigation, resolution, and closure
  • Analyze payroll data to identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions across HR, Finance, and IT systems
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and case management
  • At least 1 year handling Tier 2 or complex payroll issue resolution
  • Strong knowledge of payroll principles and processes, with experience in SAP ECP preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred
