Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist III to provide strategic and tactical solutions for complex payroll administration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for large, complex Managed Payroll Premium customers
• Manage customer cases to ensure service level agreements and high satisfaction levels are met
• Lead and support team members in complex Workday payroll configuration and year-end activities

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) required or 15+ years of customer service and payroll experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and complex payroll configuration
• Experience with payroll taxes and year-end support
