Job Summary

A company is looking for an HCM & Payroll Account Specialist (Central time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, focusing on client retention and business growth
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls and manage tax accounts
  • Act as a subject matter expert on payroll, HR, and time management, providing guidance to clients


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in payroll or human resources outsourcing, with client service experience
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC)
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll and HR outsourcing industry compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Google and other business software, with the ability to navigate web-based applications
