Certified Pediatric Coding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Profee Pediatric and Primary Care Coding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for various specialties
• Calculate ProFee and/or Facility E/M levels and recognize critical care cases
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and maintain coding accuracy and productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Certification through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P) is mandatory
• Minimum of 6 months of on-the-job coding experience required
• Familiarity with EMR, Billing systems, and current coding materials is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary
• Must maintain a productivity level and quality score of 95% or higher
