Job Summary
Certified Pediatric Oncology Educator, this full-time position is responsible for developing and implementing health education programs while overseeing providers to meet contract requirements and ensuring program quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate health education programs for members and the community
- Provide oversight to providers in meeting health education contract requirements
- Conduct needs assessments and coordinate health education services with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Public Health, or an Associate's degree with a relevant certification
- 3-5 years of experience in Health Education, including at least 1 year in a managed care setting
- Adaptability and flexibility to change
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with diverse populations
