Certified Peer Recovery Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Peer Recovery Coach to serve as a Contingency Management (CM) Guide.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly videoconference sessions with assigned members to support their use of the recovery app
• Collaborate with members to establish SMART recovery goals and create personalized paths for change
• Connect members with recovery resources and monitor their progress through analytics and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Peer Recovery Support certification and SUD credentials
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (extensive recovery experience may substitute)
• Previous experience as a Recovery Coach or in a comparable peer support role
• Experience working with diverse populations in recovery settings
• Knowledge of substance use disorders and community resource navigation
