Job Summary
Providing technical leadership for enterprise Pega solutions, the full-time Certified Pega Lead System Architect will design and oversee integrations with existing infrastructure while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee enterprise Pega solutions that integrate effectively with existing infrastructure and technology environments
- Lead cross-functional teams through system design, development, deployment, and performance optimization
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure compliance with quality, security, and performance standards
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT architecture or technical leadership experience specializing in Pega
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) - Required
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, Pega Platform, and/or Pega 8.x
- Experience with Pega Constellation UX Design System
- Proven experience leading or coordinating cross-functional technical teams
