Certified Personal Finance Coach

Job Summary

To expand personal finance offerings in India, the part-time Certified Personal Finance Coach will develop localized content, innovate products and services, and facilitate financial education workshops, all while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and localize content for the Indian market, identifying gaps in personal finance topics
• Innovate new products and services while leveraging technology to enhance existing offerings
• Facilitate workshops and one-on-one meetings to improve individuals' financial habits and behaviors

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) equivalent certification preferred
• Thorough knowledge of financial planning aspects relevant to India's population
• Strong fluency in English; Tamil language skills preferred
• Experience in public speaking and excellent written communication skills
• Ability to adapt coaching approaches based on individual needs and a strong attention to detail
