Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions and develop comprehensive training programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical training materials and onboarding guides
- Evaluate and refine training programs to address skill gaps and enhance effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of pharmacy technician patient care and/or fulfillment experience
- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
- Leadership experience in developing training initiatives
- Certified Pharmacy Technician
- Familiarity with Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements
