Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions and develop comprehensive training programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical training materials and onboarding guides
  • Evaluate and refine training programs to address skill gaps and enhance effectiveness
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of pharmacy technician patient care and/or fulfillment experience
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
  • Leadership experience in developing training initiatives
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician
  • Familiarity with Pharmacy Technician licensing requirements
