Job Summary

A company is looking for a Formulary Maintenance Specialist - Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clinical pharmacists in building and maintaining independent formularies
• Organize and maintain schedules for pharmacy students and residents while supporting the clinical pharmacy team
• Prepare materials for Clinical Advisory Board meetings and assist with prior authorization criteria requests

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Licensed Pharmacy Technician required
• 5 or more years of pharmacy experience; PBM or healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of drug names, general drug indications, and therapeutic drugs
