Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as direct member and provider contact for specialty pharmacy benefit information and prior authorization requests
• Support members in specialty management programs and coordinate prior authorizations and medication fulfillment
• Assist Specialty Clinical Pharmacists with patient outreach, medication adherence support, and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role within a specialty pharmacy or managed care setting
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
