Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as direct contact for members and providers regarding specialty pharmacy benefit information and support
• Coordinate prior authorizations, prescription fulfillment, and follow up with members to ensure satisfaction
• Assist Specialty Clinical Pharmacists with patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role within a Specialty pharmacy or similar setting
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
