Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support medical management operations in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and determine prior authorization requests based on company policies
• Triaging and entering incoming prior authorization requests from provider offices
• Act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders in workflows

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with at least three years of experience
• Experience with Medicare Part B operations and caring for Medicare patients
• Proficient in technology, specifically Gmail/G Suite
• Prior experience in utilization management preferred
• Strong desire to work closely with aging patient populations
