Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Care Coordinator - Clinical Pharmacy Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with the clinical team for additional support and services
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers and network contacts for issue escalation
• Engage with providers to coordinate testing, appointment scheduling, and prescription management

Required Qualifications

• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with at least three years of experience
• Experience with Medicare Part D operations
• Preferred experience in pharmacy-related quality assurance work
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
