Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outreach Pharmacy Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update, maintain, and monitor pharmacy information for customers
- Conduct outbound educational calls regarding medication adherence
- Motivate members to comply with prescriptions and coordinate communication with providers
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of technical or operational experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
