Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Care Advocate to provide proactive oversight and support for assigned members.

Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for assigned members and provide personalized support
• Liaise between members, pharmacies, prescribers, and vendors to ensure effective communication
• Resolve member escalations and manage case assignments in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree (preferred)
• 2 years of experience in a PBM, health plan, or medication therapy management program; or 4 years in a hospital or retail environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (REQUIRED)
• Strong customer service orientation
