Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support members in accessing specialty medications and resources
  • Act as a liaison between members, providers, pharmacies, and care facilities
  • Coordinate scheduling of specialty medication delivery and maintain case load updates
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly encouraged, with a requirement to obtain within one year if not already certified
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to work effectively in a call center or office environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/sit for long periods
