Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support members in accessing specialty medications and resources
- Act as a liaison between members, providers, pharmacies, and care facilities
- Coordinate scheduling of specialty medication delivery and maintain case load updates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly encouraged, with a requirement to obtain within one year if not already certified
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to work effectively in a call center or office environment
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/sit for long periods
