Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Operations Support Specialist to manage pharmacy claims and support customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and resolve rejected pharmacy claims and assist with prior authorizations
• Compile and track findings from pharmacy claims monitoring data
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure timely access to prescription drugs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current Certified Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician or retail pharmacy experience
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a changing work environment
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
