Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Specialist to provide administrative support related to pharmacy adjudication processes and clinical review procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely white-glove service excellence for caseload management
• Support clinical pharmacists and call center with adjudication and clinical review matters
• Ensure adherence to daily processes and timely handling of escalation requests

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
