Job Summary

A company is looking for a DAPO Specialist (Pharmacy) to support healthcare program operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process DAPO work items including pharmacy and provider data updates accurately and within required timelines
• Review provider and pharmacy records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Follow defined operational workflows to resolve discrepancies and escalate complex cases when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
• 1-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy environments, or provider data management
• Strong attention to detail and experience performing data entry or record updates with high accuracy
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a structured remote environment
