Job Summary

A company is looking for a DAPO Specialist (Pharmacy) to support healthcare program operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process DAPO work items, including pharmacy and provider data updates accurately and timely
• Review provider and pharmacy records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations
• Follow operational workflows to resolve discrepancies and document updates in accordance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
• 1-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pharmacy environments, or related fields
• Experience performing data entry or record updates with high accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a structured remote environment
