Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments for medication therapy during the prior authorization process
• Communicate clinical review decisions to pharmacies and providers
• Mentor data entry staff and collaborate with various teams to ensure service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) with familiarity in PAHub processes
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must have a designated secure workplace for remote work
