Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as direct contact for specialty pharmacy benefit information and prior authorization requests
• Provide support to members in specialty management programs, coordinating prior authorizations and follow-ups
• Assist Specialty Clinical Pharmacists with patient outreach and ensure operating standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy technician role within a specialty pharmacy or managed care setting
• Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
