Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals Technician (Temp to Hire).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming requests for appeals while ensuring high customer service and productivity
  • Review cases for appeal eligibility and maintain quality standards in accordance with established procedures
  • Communicate with pharmacists and update case information as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician in a managed care or PBM setting
  • Active, unrestricted certified pharmacy technician license
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to work from 12pm-9pm EST hours
  • Experience with commercial and Medicare appeals preferred
