Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appeals Technician (Temp to Hire).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming requests for appeals while ensuring high customer service and productivity
- Review cases for appeal eligibility and maintain quality standards in accordance with established procedures
- Communicate with pharmacists and update case information as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician in a managed care or PBM setting
- Active, unrestricted certified pharmacy technician license
- Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
- Willingness to work from 12pm-9pm EST hours
- Experience with commercial and Medicare appeals preferred
