Job Summary

Certified Pharmacy Technician, the position is a full-time remote role focused on managing pharmacy relations, executing contracts, and resolving pharmacy issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make decisions regarding the resolution of pharmacy issues
  • Establish and maintain contracts with pharmacy providers
  • Generate reports on network performance and ensure accuracy in claims processing
Required Qualifications
  • College or 2-year Technical Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician license preferred
  • 1-3 years of successful experience in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred
  • PC skills: Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, and other applications as required
