Job Summary

Working remotely on a temp-to-hire basis, the Certified Pharmacy Technician will manage incoming requests for appeals, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity while collaborating with the appeals team across various business lines.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards for all reviewed cases while meeting turnaround time requirements
  • Review cases to verify qualifications for appeal review and perform quality checks in accordance with policies
  • Communicate effectively with appeal pharmacists and perform outreach to gather necessary information for case reviews
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician in a managed care or PBM setting
  • Active, unrestricted certified pharmacy technician license
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, high-volume environment
  • Availability to work from 12pm-9pm EST
