Job Summary
To support the Senior Care Outreach and Retention team, the full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician will guide members through their healthcare journey, focusing on medication adherence and plan education while making and receiving calls to assist members in staying compliant with their prescriptions.
Key responsibilities
- Reviewing and maintaining pharmacy information for internal and external customers
- Conducting outbound calls to educate members on medication adherence
- Motivating members to refill prescriptions and coordinating communication with providers and pharmacies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or comparable customer service environment
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
