Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support patient health through innovative care, the full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician will engage in telephonic and video outreach for Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services, collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance member care and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to members to provide MTM services and enhance care coordination
• Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document findings as part of the MTM Program
• Field inbound calls from members to initiate MTM or other clinical services

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Pharmacy technician license/certification as required by state laws
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
