Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Supporting pharmacy operations remotely, the Drug Rebate Analyst will assist members, providers, and pharmacies with prior authorizations, claims inquiries, and benefit questions while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to pharmacy-related inquiries, benefit questions, and prior authorization requests
• Research and resolve issues related to pharmacy claims, eligibility, and medication concerns
• Document and process pharmacy transactions in accordance with client and regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• Preferred Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification
• Experience in pharmacy operations, prior authorizations, or healthcare customer service
• Proficiency in using pharmacy systems and multiple computer applications
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
