Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Certified Pharmacy Technician will serve as a primary contact for patients and providers, guiding them through the specialty pharmacy care process while managing prescription coordination, patient communication, and billing inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding specialty medication orders and pharmacy services
• Guide patients through the specialty pharmacy process by providing education and coordinating services
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and support various stages of the pharmacy order process

Required qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, or equivalent healthcare experience
• Minimum two (2) years of medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related experience
• At least one (1) year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy
• Understanding of pharmacy operations and specialty medication workflows
• Proficiency with computer systems and patient management platforms
