Certified Pharmacy Technician
Job Summary
Providing vital administrative and operational support to Clinical Services, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician will assist with daily claim reviews, client reporting, and clinical program initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Account Executives with daily claim reviews and client communications
- Assist in compiling quarterly client review reports and presentation materials
- Collaborate with provider offices and pharmacies to facilitate clinical programs under pharmacist supervision
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a specialty pharmacy or health plan, or four years in a hospital or retail environment
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- 4-year college degree is preferred
