Job Summary
To enhance provider readiness and revenue realization, the full-time Strategic Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding journey for strategic clinics and providers, utilizing AI tools to ensure efficient education, documentation, and issue resolution in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring timely follow-up and accountability for provider readiness
- Deliver tailored education on products and services to empower providers in their workflows
- Proactively identify and resolve onboarding barriers to facilitate timely order submissions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer onboarding, provider support, or a related operational environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, operations, or pharmacy preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required with active state registration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and make informed decisions
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and AI-enabled productivity solutions
