Job Summary

Passionate about customer service, the full-time Member Advocate will assist members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers with pharmacy benefits while working remotely, utilizing their expertise as a Certified Pharmacy Technician Advocate to resolve inquiries and facilitate patient care.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary source of information for members, pharmacies, and physicians via phone, email, and chat
  • Research and resolve claim processing and eligibility issues, documenting engagement outcomes clearly
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve the member, physician, and pharmacy experience while managing difficult conversations with empathy
Required qualifications
  • Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification is highly encouraged
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to obtain pharmacy technician certification within one year of hire
  • Spanish speaking abilities are highly valued for this role
