Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Provider Liaison.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between providers, health plans, and corporate, resolving provider physician injectable claims issues
  • Provide training, orientation, and coaching for performance improvement within physician practices
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure positive outcomes for members and providers
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • PTCB or NHA Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmacy customer service
  • 2+ years of direct experience working with providers
  • Experience with Managed Care, Medicare/Medicaid, Claims, Billing, and Coding
