Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator to serve as a primary point of contact for patients and healthcare teams in specialty pharmacy care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for patients and providers regarding specialty medication orders, pharmacy services, and billing inquiries
• Guide patients through the specialty pharmacy process by providing education and coordinating services
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and support various stages of the pharmacy order process

Required Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, or equivalent healthcare experience
• Minimum two (2) years of medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related experience
• At least one (1) year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy
