Job Summary
A company is looking for a Specialty Care Navigator to serve as a primary point of contact for patients and facilitate their specialty pharmacy care process.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for patients and provider offices regarding medication orders, pharmacy services, and billing inquiries
- Guide patients through the specialty pharmacy process by providing education and coordinating services
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and support various stages of the pharmacy order process
Required Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred, or equivalent healthcare experience
- Minimum two (2) years of medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related experience
- At least one (1) year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and specialty medication workflows
- Ability to collaborate effectively with pharmacists, clinicians, and operational teams
