Certified Pharmacy Technician Navigator

Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, the full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician Navigator will manage prescription coordination, patient communication, billing inquiries, and delivery scheduling while ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for patients and provider offices regarding specialty medication orders and pharmacy services
• Guide patients through the specialty pharmacy process by providing education and coordinating services across pharmacy teams
• Receive and process prescription orders and inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation of patient interactions

Required qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred or equivalent healthcare experience
• Minimum two (2) years of medical, pharmacy, or healthcare-related experience
• At least one (1) year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy
