Job Summary
To support high-quality clinical engagement, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician Specialist will conduct telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination remotely, focusing on Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and patient adherence initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Perform proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation
- Coordinate patient care activities to ensure timely access to medications and continuity of therapy
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician certification and applicable state license required
- 3 years of pharmacy support experience or clinical program execution required
- Strong pharmaceutical knowledge to support medication-related processes required
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, required
