Certified Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations, the full-time Certified Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will oversee a team of Reimbursement or Intake Specialists, monitor productivity and performance standards, and ensure adherence to service quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor staff workflow, providing training and performance feedback
• Track employee compliance with quality, service, and production standards
• Implement process improvements to enhance customer service and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
• 2-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong knowledge of current pharmacy regulations
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
