Certified Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the Prescription Acquisition team, the full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will manage prescription entry processes, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvements while supporting departmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on new and existing prescription entry processes
• Create and analyze Salesforce reports related to prescriptions received and denied, and manage technician schedules
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve patient issues and drive team performance

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification
• At least 1 year of prior team lead experience in a closed-door pharmacy or remote environment
• Knowledge of operational pharmacy workflows supporting prescription acquisition
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and Five9 phone system
