Job Summary

To support operational success, the full-time remote Certified Pharmacy Technician Supervisor will manage a team responsible for the accurate entry of prescription data into the pharmacy management system, ensuring quality control and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Data Support Technicians for prescription data entry and validation
• Oversee workflow processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct quality assurance audits and collaborate with various teams to enhance systems and data integration

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification
• 1+ years of pharmacy operations or healthcare data leadership experience
• Prior supervisory or people management experience
• Strong understanding of pharmacy management systems and medication data workflows
