- Assist in program development and monitor team performance, addressing training needs

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a two-year college degree or relevant work experience
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Motivated to understand pharmacy benefit management and pharmaceutical therapies
- Dependable and professional, with the ability to handle sensitive information
