Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Management Technician Trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate onboarding and comprehensive training sessions for technicians on prior authorization systems and processes
  • Develop and update training materials, ensuring content is accurate, compliant, and clinically relevant
  • Assess technician performance and collaborate with management to identify training needs and performance gaps


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience in a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) setting
  • National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license is required
  • Previous experience in developing and delivering training programs
  • Solid understanding of prior authorization operations and relevant federal and state regulations
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
